It has water and tidal estuary views (ideal for bird watchers) along with versatile living areas that will suit two families.
Directly opposite Outward Bound, Anakiwa, it has an upstairs master bedroom with ensuite. Downstairs there are living and bath rooms which are wheelchair accessible.

Halfway between Picton and Havelock on Queen Charlotte Drive, there are many tourism operators willing to share the Sounds experience with you. The start of the Queen Charlotte Track and Link Pathway is 10 mins drive or go kayaking with several operators in the region (the closest is five minutes’ drive).
There’s so much to do from this base. The ferries or the fabulous wine region are only 40 minutes’ drive. Treat yourself to the fabulous food and wines Marlborough is famous for. Bring home some samples and sip them on the deck while enjoying the spectacular sea views.
