The owners have just completed an awesome renovation downstairs that includes an amazing games room.

It includes comfortable open plan living upstairs. The fireplace is a great option for winter hideaways with wood supplied, or utilise the easy indoor/outdoor flow onto the deck for a cruisy summer set up!
The rental includes sky TV and wifi.

Upstairs are 2 large sized bedrooms with queens. Downstairs has bedroom 3 with a queen bed plus a futon sofa bed and coffee table - ideal for a quiet cup of coffee! Bedroom 4 is very spacious which includes 3 single bunk sets, flat screen TV, DVD player, toys and bean bags and an amazing games room next door - perfect for kids of all sizes!

Enjoy swimming and kayaking just moments from your door or set out on an adventure with some great cycle and walking tracks in the area. The Queen Charlotte Track is a 20 minute drive at Anakiwa, The Link Pathway can be accessed just above Queen Charlotte Drive. Enjoy the best of both worlds with Havelock town centre and its boat ramp giving access to The Pelorus Sounds less than 10 minute drive away in one direction, and the boat ramp at Anakiwa (Queen Charlotte Sounds) less than 10 minutes drive away in the other direction.

Pukenui Paradise

Pukenui Paradise is nestled in a three quarter acre tranquil garden overlooking the peaceful waters of the Mahikapawa Arm, Pelorus Sound, Marlborough. The property is centrally located and a scenic ten minute drive from Havelock, half an hour from Picton or Blenheim and one hour from Nelson.

You can either sit back and relax on the large sunny deck to soak in the views or partake of the many activities available in the Sounds such as the Queen Charlotte Walkway, wineries, fishing charters, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding.

Water access from the property enables you to launch a boat, kayak or paddleboard.
Mooring available. Access to the boat ramp is for 4x4 only at mid to high tides and boats up to a maximum size of 5.5 metres.

Unwind and chill out in the three bedroom, two storey house. An ipod dock and Freeview is available, but you may prefer to listen to the birdsong from the native birds.

Belvue Breakaway

This Mahakipawa Arm holiday home is a two bedroom, fully fenced property where you can relax and unwind whilst the kids or the dog is safely outside.

This Belview Bay holiday home has been lovingly redecorated by its new owners. It includes modern facilities so you can have an enjoyable and comfortable stay away from home.

The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opens out to the deck. There are two bedrooms, they both have a queen bed. There is a single bed in the sunroom opposite the master bedroom.

This Pelorus Sounds holiday home, has a great sunny deck that is perfect for resting and enjoying the local birdsong. Kereru, Tui, Bellbird and Kingfisher frequent the bay and provide beautiful song for your morning holiday joy. At low tide, you can fossick along the craggy shoreline of the Mahakipawa Arm, accessed by the community pathway opposite the access driveway.
Enjoy swimming and water activities at mid to high tide.

Belvue Bay is accessible from Queen Charlotte Drive however, the surrounding native bush gives a secluded and private feel.

Your boat can be launched from the beach on the community ramp in the bay at mid to high tides, or from the commercial ramp at Havelock Marina. Alternatively you can join The Pelorus Mail Boat or Foxy Lady Cruises for a stunning cruise into Pelorus Sounds or hope on board one of the many other cruises that run from Havelock.

The historic Havelock township is a small rural community with several cafes, bars and restaurants and is only a short 10 minutes drive away.
