This delightful two bedroom cottage also has a separate sleep out with double bed and a modern ensuite. Mahau Magic has all the essentials for a relaxing sounds holiday. With it's own Private Beach across the road from the house,(may not be suitable for young children) mooring and dinghy available free for your use. Bush surrounds and bush walks, wonderful sea views and the last of the evening sun and a perfect spot by the water for a evening BBQ on those lovely summer evenings. Ideal fishing from the beach for that snapper and handy to the Queen Charlotte Track for your mountain biking and walking. Plenty of bird life including tuis and bell birds.

Privately set in Bush with tuis and Bell birds. Ideal Base to explore The Sounds, visit Mussel Farms fish for Snapper from your own beach. Boating and fishing for blue cod in the Sounds, Handy to Havelock, Picton and Nelson and an ideal base to explore the Marlborough Vineyards.
Just sitting on the deck and taking in the views over The Mahau Sound is also an option or relaxing on its own private beach. Cycling or walking the Queen Charlotte Track or just exploring all that the region has on offer

This well-equipped cottage has a sitting room with kitchen adjacent. There is a gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer. A log fire (wood supplied), washing machine. The sitting room opens out on to the deck and garden with views over the Mahau Sound, wifi is part of your rental. The second bedroom has a bunk set with a queen base. There is a small store/garage 15 minutes drive at Linkwater for your milk papers etc. This is the perfect location to base yourselves for that Marlborough Holiday.

Marlborough produces around 80% of NZ wines, notably Savignon Blanc. Marlborough is also home to The Queen Charlotte Track (one of NZ's great walks) and many other superb walking and mountain bike tracks. There are many, many options for kayaking, boat cruises and eco tours throughout Marlborough. She is a region with many options and will keep you busy or a place for rest whilst enjoying the views.
