Enjoy this renovated two story holiday home on the edge of Queen Charlotte Sound. It is situated close to Momorangi Bay and has easy access to the Queen Charlotte Track. The property captures all day sun and has an amazing deck overlooking the sounds where you can sit and watch or just listen to the surrounding bird life. It has water and tidal estuary views (ideal for bird watchers) also has versatile living areas (would suit two families ) and is directly opposite Outward Bound, Anakiwa.
Up stairs master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, all the rest are down stairs. Bathroom and living areas downstairs are suitable for wheel chair access.
It is half way between Picton and Havelock on the Queen Charlotte Drive. There are many awesome tourism operators sharing the sounds experience in wonderful ways from both Havelock or Picton and those in between.
The start of the Queen Charlotte Track and Link Pathway is 10 mins drive or go kayaking with several operators in the region (the closest is 5mins drive).
The Picton ferry terminal either Interislander or Bluebridge, is 40 mins drive, Nelson is 1.5 hours and New Zealands best wine region is 40 minutes away throughout the region. Marlborough is world renown for her Sauvignon Blanc and many wineries are making notable attractions with other varieties. Would your perfect day involve visiting the amazing Marlborough wine and food producers then taking samples home and sitting on an outstanding deck with outstanding views?
Two kayaks are available for guest use.
The grove arm jetty and launch ramp is 5min walk away for fishing or swimming and Momorangi Bay has a small shop about 8 mins drive. There is drive on access and room for parking two cars.
This property welcomes pets. It has an enclosed balcony but no fencing around the property. They are to stay outside unless agreed upon with us. Please be mindful of cleanliness and pick up all droppings on your departure.

Marlborough is also home to The Queen Charlotte Track (one of NZ's great walks) and many other superb walking and mountain bike tracks. There are many, many options for kayaking, boat cruises and eco tours throughout Marlborough. She is a region with many options and will keep you busy or a place for rest whilst enjoying the views.
