This Mahakipawa Arm holiday home is a two bedroom, fully fenced property where you can relax and unwind whilst the kids or the dog is safely outside.

This Belview Bay holiday home has been lovingly redecorated by its new owners. It includes modern facilities so you can have an enjoyable and comfortable stay away from home.

The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opens out to the deck. There are two bedrooms, they both have a queen bed. There is a single bed in the sunroom opposite the master bedroom.

This Pelorus Sounds holiday home, has a great sunny deck that is perfect for resting and enjoying the local birdsong. Kereru, Tui, Bellbird and Kingfisher frequent the bay and provide beautiful song for your morning holiday joy. At low tide, you can fossick along the craggy shoreline of the Mahakipawa Arm, accessed by the community pathway opposite the access driveway.
Enjoy swimming and water activities at mid to high tide.


Belvue Bay is accessible from Queen Charlotte Drive however, the surrounding native bush gives a secluded and private feel.

Your boat can be launched from the beach on the community ramp in the bay at mid to high tides, or from the commercial ramp at Havelock Marina. Alternatively you can join The Pelorus Mail Boat or Foxy Lady Cruises for a stunning cruise into Pelorus Sounds or hope on board one of the many other cruises that run from Havelock.

The historic Havelock township is a small rural community with several cafes, bars and restaurants and is only a short 10 minutes drive away.

Havelock (greenshell mussel capital of the world!) 10 mins
Marlborough produces around 80% of NZ wines, notably Savignon Blanc. Including Framinghams, Fromm, Spy Valley, Yealands to name a few. The region also proudly produces Gin and many craft beers eg. Moa breweries. Marlborough is also home to The Queen Charlotte Track, Link Pathway, Nydia Track and many other superb walking and mountain bike tracks. There are many, many options for kayaking, boat cruises and eco tours throughout Marlborough. She is a region with many options and will keep you busy or provide a place for rest whilst enjoying the views.

A cleaning package for your post departure is only $130.
Pets charged at $5 per day per pet and incurs a $200 refundable bond.
