Pukenui Paradise is nestled in a three quarter acre tranquil garden overlooking the peaceful waters of the Mahikapawa Arm, Pelorus Sound, Marlborough. The property is centrally located and a scenic ten minute drive from Havelock, half an hour from Picton or Blenheim and one hour from Nelson.
You can either sit back and relax on the large sunny deck to soak in the views or partake of the many activities available in the Sounds such as the Queen Charlotte Walkway, wineries, fishing charters, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding.
Water access from the property enables you to launch a boat, kayak or paddleboard.
Mooring available. Access to the boat ramp is for 4x4 only at mid to high tides and boats up to a maximum size of 5.5 metres.
Unwind and chill out in the three bedroom, two storey house. An ipod dock and Freeview is available, but you may prefer to listen to the birdsong from the native birds.

Public launching ramp off the beach at mid-high tide. The property has boat parking for a trailer boat not exceeding 5.5m.
The three bedrooms, one queen size bed, three singles and a king single, are located upstairs along with the bathroom and toilet. Another toilet is conveniently situated downstairs. There is ample space in the open plan living area which opens onto the spacious deck.
The kitchen consists of two hotplates, microwave and a bench oven in addition to the outside bar-b-que for cooking. If you don't feel like cooking, a ten-minute drive into Havelock will see you seated at one of the several restaurants sampling the local cuisine and wines.
Nelson City and airport 1.5 hours. Gateway to Abel Tasman National Park
Blenheim township and airport 40 mins.
Picton township and ferry terminal 40 mins
Havelock (greenshell mussel capital of the world!) 10 min
Marlborough produces around 80% of NZ wines, notably Savignon Blanc. Marlborough is also home to The Queen Charlotte Track (one of NZ's great walks) and many other superb walking and mountain bike tracks. There are many, many options for kayaking, boat cruises and eco tours throughout Marlborough. She is a region with many options and will keep you busy or provide a place for rest whilst enjoying the views.
