The kitchen and lounge are open plan and have big sliding doors opening onto the deck. It also features a BYO bar, two double bedrooms and a huge bunk room for the kids.
The property has room for your runabout and vehicles and it’s only a five minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Portage Bay and Pelorus Sounds. There are glow worms on the access road and wood for the cosy log fire is included in the price.

Portage has a good launching ramp and public jetty and a famous Lodge featuring local cuisine and wines. Queen Charlotte track access is a five minute drive or 40 minute walk.
Nelson City and airport 1.5 hours away. Blenheim or Picton and the ferry terminals are 60 minutes’ drive. Havelock with its restaurants and bars is 40 minutes’ drive.
Marlborough produces around 80 percent of NZ wines, notably Sauvignon Blanc. Marlborough is also home to The Queen Charlotte Track and many other superb walking and mountain bike tracks. There are many options for kayaking, boat cruises and eco tours throughout Marlborough. Call in on your way through Tasman, Abel Tasman National Park, West Coast, St Arnaud, Nydia Bay, French Pass, D’Urville or other Cook Strait adventure.
