All of our houses now have a compulsory departure clean after your stay.
Our cleaners spend time cleaning and disinfecting all flat and high touch services.
All paper flyers/brochures have been removed and we clean our information folders before your visit.
We open all windows and doors to create good airflow through the house. Our staff use gloves during the clean.
Our cleaning products are from Ezy Commercial Cleaning Supplies in Timaru, they are accepted products for use on pathogens according to the New Zealand Ministry of Health guidelines.
We provide all bed, bath and kitchen linen for your comfort and to adhere to our contamination risk management policies.
You will enjoy contact less check ins.
We are required to record all guests staying for contact tracing, and will be in touch with you once your booking is confirmed.

Do I have to use the lockbox at all times?
Yes, this ensures the key is always secure and won't get lost. Please do not take the key away from the house/lockbox.
What are your check in/check out times?
Check in is 1500 or 3pm and check out is 1000 or 10am. Late check out can be arranged but will depend on our staff and their schedule for the day, it incur a cost of $50 per extra hour. Early check in can be arranged with us but will depend on our staff and their daily schedule.
When do I get the key details?

Can several families book under one booking and use the property separately?
Some of our properties are pet friendly and will state this on the listing. This will be discussed with you during your booking process. We charge a $200 refundable bond and $5 per day per pet. You will need to sign our pet policy document.
